In “Frozen,” fearless optimist Anna (voice of Kristen Bell) teams up with rugged mountain man Kristoff (voice of Jonathan Groff) and his loyal reindeer Sven in an epic journey, encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf in a race to find Anna’s sister Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel), whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter.
The film is directed by Chris Buck (“Tarzan,” “Surf’s Up”) and Jennifer Lee (screenwriter, “Wreck-It Ralph”), and produced by Peter Del Vecho (“Winnie the Pooh,” “The Princess and the Frog”). Featuring music from Tony® winner Robert Lopez (“The Book of Mormon,” “Avenue Q”) and Kristen Anderson-Lopez (“In Transit”).
I have a feeling you won't want to miss the trailer for Frozen. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on it.
I think this film will appeal to kids and adults and will be a fabulous way to take a break from the hustle and bustle that often accompanies the beginning of the holiday season. My son laughed hysterically over the trailer and he loves to go to the movies, so I am marking my calendar to make a date with him to see this one.
